In craft beers’ ever-changing landscape, new styles emerge & evolve rapidly. A Cold IPA requires pitching the fermentation at colder temperatures, usually associated with the Lager style. They then allow the beer to “rip through” the fermentation by naturally raising the temperature, which pushes the boundaries of the IPA style. Combined with a spectacular selection of hops on a clean malt base, they give you Revel’s Return of the Yeti Cold IPA. Get it while it’s hot!
