Rocks Brewing Co. take pride in the complex and sophisticated flavours of their brews, which are achieved while staying true to their simple brewing process –“Nothing but Barley, Hops, Water & Yeast.” Their first batch of Red Ale – originally known as Richard Byrne Red Ale – was brewed September 2008 in Alexandria, Sydney. Since then they have created a core range of beers – based around the shady characters and sly merchants that called the first settlement home.
