TASTING NOTES

A Golden coloured beer with a dense, crisp white head. Melon and hints of citrus are present on the nose, with strong flavours of honey and fresh baked bread on the front palate. A crisp and lingering bitterness rounds out a pleasant and sessionable Pale Ale.

BREWERY SNAPSHOT

Based in Busselton, WA, the Rocky Ridge story begins with the search for delicious, fresh beer and the thought; “why doesn’t anyone grow hops here?”. After some research and a few phone calls the answer became apparent: “They don’t grow there”:. Never tell a farmer something won’t grow. Fast forward a year and their quarter acre trial of 120 rhizomes has flourished, Cascade, Chinook, Saaz, Goldings, POR, Red Earth, Supa Alpha and a secret trial crop are all laden with fruit for harvest.
