TASTING NOTES

Cold IPA is the latest addition to the IPA family, and it is certainly and interesting style. Essentially some kind of lager-IPA hybrid, their expression combines the clean, crisp malt base typical of a lager, amped up in the ABV department, fermented with a lager yeast, and dry-hopped with Idaho 7 and Citra. The result is a clean-drinking, refreshing, hoppy treat.
