TASTING NOTES
BOSS ALE “PALE-ISH” A dry hopped farmhouse style pale ale with pilsner malts, coriander, orange and a shed load of mosaic and citra.
As a shorthand, we describe her as “paleish”. She’s here for a good time and a long time, gives zero fucks and takes no shit. She’s the Boss.
The Boss Ale recipe was perfected by Jay Cook, long time Bucket Boys brewer, and deadset legend. He has done a cracking job of manifesting in a can the idea of a modern boss: easy to get along with, lets you know where you stand, good for a chat and a drink after work, yet commanding and a leader among its kind.
