TASTING NOTES
Bruce Lee-Zard is a West Coast IPA which originated on the West Coast of the States. It is traditionally very big in flavour with dry hopping done during the fermentation process to enhance the flavours and aromas of the hops used. Their take has a slight sweetness up front before the hops come through with the bitterness and all the floral notes associated with the hop additions.
