TASTING NOTES

Brewed using organic raw honey from Honey Kings who have apiary sites close to native bushland across the Central Coast and complimented with chamomile, this beer is spring and sunshine in a can. A subtle but distinctive aroma of honey and stone fruit as well as delicately floral characteristics are smoothed over with the smooth bittering of the Nelson Sauvin hops and an oaty mouthfeel.

Based in Erina on the beautiful Central Coast, situated between Sydney and Newcastle and proudly the Coast’s first homegrown craft brewery. Six String are 100% locally owned company with a 100% locally made product. Established in 2012 and officially opening their doors in 2013, Six String Brewing Company is all about great beer and great music!
