TASTING NOTES

After a research trip to the US, our head brew Agi became enamoured by the New England IPA style.  Enter, Sparkke’s take on this beloved brew: a juicy, hazy New England Pale Ale (without the I) perfect for long summer sessions.  With six hop varieties, including two dry hops for a generous fruity flavour and aroma, our beer is tropical, tangy and more smashable than its American counterpart.  Expect notes of grapefruit, pineapple and tangerine and a sherbety, smooth and rich mouthfeel.
