Hawkers 2021 Vintage Series Rum Barrel Aged Imperial Stout, 440ml Can, ABV 12.4%
More than 8 months of rest in barrels that previously aged rum has invigorated this imperial stout into a magnificent beast, harbouring notes of stewed fruits and rum spice. Drink now or cellar for another day—the choice is entirely yours, however there’s nothing like having one now and cellaring a second one for later.
New England Brewing Whisky Barrel Aged Imperial Stout, 330ml Bottle, ABV 8.9%
This stout has taken on the full depth of the barrels which held Barossa Shiraz before being used for whisky in Tasmania. There are aromas of liquor filled chocolates, oak and whisky. The body is soft and blends vanilla, sweet dark English malts and chocolate with a gentle alcohol warmth and hints of a Barossa shiraz. The finish is long with dark candy and whisky.

Imperial Russian Stout is intense, bold and dark in colour. The beer features a malt bill of Marris Otter, Dark Crystal, Chocolate Malt, Midnight Wheat, Roast Barley, Cara Munich III and Malted Oats, balanced out with four bittering hops. An imperial, next level, strong beer.
