Tallboy & Moose Recalibrate The Sensor Array Cold IPA, 375ml Can, ABV 6.5%
Tallboy & Moose’s contribution to the Cold IPA craze. With Recalibrate the Sensor Array, they’ve made a crisp and dry IPA, that pulls pan-tropical, citrus and a touch of sage on the finish from the Talus and Eclipse hop combo. In true Cold IPA fashion, they’ve used pilsner malt and lager yeast, fermented at lower temperatures and dry-hopped early. Get ready for your senses to be recalibrated!
Coastal Little Run Citrus IPA, 375ml Can, ABV 6.4%
Little Run Citrus IPA is brewed with the zest of oranges and lemons from Little Run Retreat in Wherrol Flat on the Mid North Coast of NSW, Mandarina Bavaria, HORT 9909 and Nectaron hops (to add tangerine, citrus, lemon, lime and tropical fruit flavours) and fermented using a Belgian yeast strain (to add a slightly tartness along with delicate mango and pineapple characteristics). This citrus IPA is the ideal beer to enjoy as the weather warms up and the days become longer.
Valhalla Brewing Lime Bucket Lime & Cheesecake Sour, 375ml Can, ABV 4.0%
Valhalla took a bucket of limes, and another bucket of limes, and another bucket of limes and…well you get the picture. Zest like mad, juice, add a bucket of lemons for good measure. Lactose. Lacto bacillus, sorachi ace and riwaka hops. A hint of vanilla. Mouth puckering, lip smacking. Both sweet and sour.

Floral nose with notes of citrus and pine. Medium-bodied with a nice punch of hops and solid malt finish.
Pirate Life Dark Lager, 355ml Can, ABV 5.3%
This beer has all the qualities of your favourite go to lager – with a couple of ‘subtle’ differences… Brewed out of PLHQ in Port Adelaide, it pours an attractive amber. thanks to the specialty roasted malt, Carafa III. Hop varieties Pacifica and Spalt lend bitterness and mild earthy notes. while a clean fermenting yeast pulls it all together. Expect aromas of biscuit, dried fruit and frangipani. A crisp mouthfeel accentuates notes of allspice, blackcurrant and freshly baked rye loaf. Pair with lamb shoulder and autumn afternoons.

Inspired by the streets of Mexico, well not the actual street but the vibe in the streets… this Milk Stout is brewed with Cocoa Nibs, Lactose, Chilli, and Spices. It’s dark and dangerously drinkable. Perfectly balanced and unexpectedly moreish.
