The Mill Brewery Mosaic Pale Ale is an American style pale ale, with a full body and medium bitterness. Brewed to showcase the Mosaic hop, it’s combined with Amarillo for a well balanced, classic American pale ale.

BREWERY SNAPSHOT

The Mill Brewery was founded by Mirek Aldridge in late 2016. Homebrewer turned ‘probrewer’, the eventual opening of The Mill was a dream for over 10 years. With a long history of garage-brewed beers on a 70L all-grain system, Mirek finally decided to take the plunge in October 2016, signing a lease on a quaint commercial warehouse in Collingwood. After 6 months of blood, sweat, tears, and a few beers – the brewery opened it’s roller door in March of 2017. The Mill has since grown to a little team of 4 hard-working, beer loving guys. Come down to meet the crew and see what’s on tap! The Mill Brewery is Collingwood’s favourite local brewery and bar, with a relaxed vibe in an intimate warehouse just off Smith Street. They love to share the fun of brewing with friends, so stop by and see what’s on tap at The Mill Brewery. Being such a small brewery, they have the flexibility to constantly change their tap list.
