BREWERY SNAPSHOT

West City Brewing has now found a home at the Grand Ridge Brewery. Founded by two Melbourne home brewers from the Inner West, these beers jumped around Victoria, gypsy brewing wherever they could find tank space before finally settling into a forever home with Grand Ridge.

Every brewing company has its own unique origin story, but it is unlikely there’s another in Australia that could claim theirs started with a Facebook beer appreciation group. But West City Brewing can wave that flag, having started in August 2015 following a meeting of homebrewers Bevan Dalziel and Fergus McGregor while on a pub crawl.
