TASTING NOTES

Golden and clear with a bright, white, persistent foam. High hop intensity balanced by medium malt sweetness, with tropical notes of papaya and bubblegum layered over piney and floral blossom aromas. Medium bitterness with a medium body, where grassy and floral flavours take the lead, finishing with a light touch of fruity papaya.

Westside Ale Works is a family-owned and operated craft brewery tucked away on Alfred Street in South Melbourne. Partner and Head Brewer, Casey Wagner, pays homage to the microbreweries of the U.S. West Coast with everything he does – from the cozy atmosphere of their warehouse-style taproom to the hop-driven beers he brews.
