Ester-forward with standout notes of green banana, pear, and apple, complemented by a subtle hint of vegetal character reminiscent of bamboo. Low bitterness with gentle banana flavours, finishing crisp and clean with a light, refreshing body.

Westside Ale Works is a family-owned and operated craft brewery tucked away on Alfred Street in South Melbourne. Partner and Head Brewer, Casey Wagner, pays homage to the microbreweries of the U.S. West Coast with everything he does – from the cozy atmosphere of their warehouse-style taproom to the hop-driven beers he brews. They take pride in creating a warm and welcoming experience for anyone who walks through their big roller door!

Their beer specialty typically includes styles like American Pale Ales, West Coast IPAs, American Sours, and Stouts. They also have been working on their barrel program which was launched in 2019 and soon to follow their Spirit program.
