This wonderful seasonal stout is deep, complex & layered with refined bitterness. Think creme brûlée, dark roasted coffee, cacao & charred hazelnuts. The addition of oats brings a warm, toasted cereal quality; Lactose adding softness and texture.

White bay beer co. is an emerging independent craft brewery in sydney’s white bay, the gateway to the balmain peninsula. The 1,400m2 purpose-built brewery houses a state of the art brewhouse including in-house canning and kegging facility that gives them capacity to ensure they can supply the peninsula, sydney and beyond.
