TASTING NOTES

Wilde Gluten Free Pale Ale, it tastes like beer, but it is free grains which contain gluten. Wilde is an unfiltered cloudy beer with live yeast, a residue is normal and can vary with age due to the natural, continuing bottle-conditioning. Wilde is also not pasteurized for maximum flavour and preservative-free for maximum goodness.

In 2014 a record number of 1,560 brews were entered from 294 brewers in 31 countries and were assessed by an expert panel of 40 judges from Belgium, Norway, United States, United Kingdom, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. In that year no Gold Medals in the Gluten-Free section were awarded, so their Silver Medal is the highest rank, and a great honour for Koala Beer Pty Ltd.
