Utopia Hard lemonade is made hard, but easy to drink. Made in the Riverland of South Australia by the team at Wilkadene Woolshed Brewery, Woolshed use fresh Riverland grown lemons and grapes, to produce this tangy and blissfully refreshing beverage with a major citrus kick!
BREWERY SNAPSHOT
After purchasing a ‘Brewmaster 1000-2E Microbrewery from Australian company Integrated Brewing Solutions in July 2008,the clean up and installation of the old Woolshed began. Woolshed is a zero waste brewery, utilising state of the art designs to use and re-use hot and cold water without the need for excessive heating. Also, with drainage troughs and a holding/settling tank, all waste water from the brewery is used on their extensive garden.
DID YOU KNOW?
Woolshed use all of their spent grain to feed their livestock. With further recent upgrades to their solar power, Woolshed are now in excess of 30kw helping to power the brewery and houseboats.
