La Sirene present NATURAL PILSNER their rustic style Pilsner made with organic malts & hops and Certified Organic. Their Natural Pilsner was brewed in January in a Bohemian-style using Organic Barley & Vienna malts from Voyager Craft Malts and wheat from Whispering Pines Organics.
Boatrocker Crisp and Cloudy Garden Ale

This naturally cloudy ale is crafted using fine Belgian pilsner malt and local oats and wheat. A large fluffy white head with a pale cloudy appearance, their Garden Ale is both refreshing and moreish. Hints of citrus and spice with a crisp finish make for a great drinking beer.
Bells Beach Strawberries & Cream Fruited Sour

In her artwork designed for this Mexican Lager from Sunday Road, Lorena skilfully captures the Mayans’ deep reliance on intuition as a valuable source of guidance.

Mon P’tit Chou – a term of endearment in French. Translated literally it means my little cabbage. Made from 100% Belgian malt and French grown Strisselspalt hops, this farmhouse style ale has a fresh sherbet aroma, and a refreshing dry, tart, palate with just a hint of orange. There are no cabbages in the beer, but there is a lot of love. A la tienne.

The Czech Republic has the highest beer (pivo) consumption in the world, with over 140L consumed annually per capita. That’s almost double that of Australia. And you thought Australians liked their beer! You could say that pivo is pivotal to the Czech lifestyle… Pivotal stays true to the 10º Plato lagers preferred in the Czech Republic. It showcases Czech pilsner malt produced using a traditional floor malting process, spicy Saaz hops and a classic Czech lager strain.
Slow Lane Botany Weisse Mixed Culture Berliner Weisse

This is their version of a Berliner Weisse, at one time the most popular alcoholic drink in Berlin. Staying true to traditional brewing methods, it is a mixed fermentation beer that contains live Lactobacillus souring bacteria and underwent a secondary fermentation with Brettanomyces for over three months. It was also not boiled during the brewing process to emphasise the raw, bready flavour of the German pilsner and wheat malts. It is very pale, refreshingly acidic, highly effervescent and has subtle Brett derived fruity esters.
