1. How was the brewery named?
We thought Braeside Brewing Co just fit perfectly and because we are right on the boarder of Mordialloc and Braeside.
2. What beers do you have at home in your fridge now?
I have a bar fridge full of everything you can imagine which constantly gets rotated.
3. Best tip for visiting the brewery?
Must try our stone fire pizza.
4. Pineapple on pizza, YES or NO?
Pineapple is a yes.
5. If you can only use one hop for the rest of your life, what is it
Mosaic would have to be the best hop.
6. If you could collaborate with one other brewery, who would you choose?
Spaten-Frankiskaner-Brau for a collab will be a dream
7. Some occasions call for the ‘perfect’ beer, what are you reaching for:
- beach beer?a Beach beer would be an XPA or Sour
- an airport beer? Definitely a Lager
- the end of the day beer? A Pale Ale
- the ‘best beer with dinner’ beer? IPA
- to kick back and watch sport with? Sports beer anything that’s cold
8. What’s the future of craft and how can Craft Cartel beer lovers get on board?
The future of craft beer will be strong despite the current market. Having brands like Craft Cartel supporting in advertising and accessibility really helps.
