Please note: the information below excludes Brewery Direct offers (dispatched fresh, directly from the partner brewery), and any promotion stating differing terms from standard shipping.

Delivery guidelines

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro areas: estimated delivery within 7 working days.

All other locations: estimated delivery within 10–13 working days. Additional time may be required for remote areas.

No deliveries on public holidays.

Important notice

Our delivery timeframes are guidelines only. While we aim to deliver within 7–10 business days, delays may occasionally occur due to courier constraints. Refunds will not be issued for delays outside of the guideline timeframe. Orders cannot be refunded once they are on board for delivery.

Delivery restrictions

Alcohol cannot legally be delivered to some locations across Australia, including the Northern Territory and a number of remote postcodes. Delivery availability is checked automatically at checkout based on your postcode – if we’re unable to deliver to your address, you’ll be shown this before you complete your order.

Shipping fees

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery postcode and courier rates.

Next Day Delivery

Where available, Next Day Delivery is charged at $20 per eligible product. Your cart must contain only eligible products to qualify, and orders must be placed by 8pm the day prior to delivery. Delivery window is 6pm–11pm on the scheduled date. Selecting this option authorises Australia Post to leave the order at the address given. Not available on weekends or public holidays. Eligible postcodes and products are confirmed automatically at checkout.
