Major Mac’s Spiced Fig and Coconut Milk Stout is a wonderfully textured and hearty stout making use of an enticing array of adjuncts, perfect for the depths of an isolated winter in 2020. A healthy dose of Coconut Milk provides a creamy layer of sweetness alongside a rich crystal and chocolate malt backbone for a full bodied mouthfeel and dessert-like finish. An intense beer with upfront sweetness from the addition of lactose (Milk Sugar) to the beer, This sweetness is balanced nicely against the dark chocolate flavours of the beer and the bitterness provided from the cocoa helps to dry out the finish so that the beer is not cloying.
