TASTING NOTES

A pleasant combination of citrusy fruit and spicy characters on the nose from the hops with a clean, dry and pleasantly refreshing palate that finishes with a fruity zing and just the right balance of bitterness to tie it all together. A pale coloured, gluten free Lager with hints of citrus and spice on the nose.

BREWERY SNAPSHOT

At the helm of Hope Brewhouse is head brewer Matt Hogan, who has been steering production since the breweries inception back in 2014. Matt brings a winemaker’s approach to brewing, mixing innovation with tradition. His productivity is only matched by his passion, punching out new crafty masterpieces continuously. At any given time, their taps are flowing with about 12 different brews at our Hunter Valley & Nelson Bay venues.

Hot off the back of being declared the 2016 Champion Small Brewery at the CBA Awards, Hope Brewhouse also scored a full house at the 2016 Sydney Royal Beer and Cider show, earning a gold, silver and bronze medal.
