TASTING NOTES

A big, bold Old World style IPA with an intensified ABV. This strong IPA is packed full of hops and malts giving it a thick mouth feel with big spices old world style aromas and pine/resin flavours.

BREWERY SNAPSHOT

At the helm of Hope Brewhouse is head brewer Matt Hogan, who has been steering production since the breweries inception back in 2014. Matt brings a winemaker’s approach to brewing, mixing innovation with tradition. His productivity is only matched by his passion, punching out new crafty masterpieces continuously. At any given time, their taps are flowing with about 12 different brews at their Hunter Valley & Nelson Bay venues.

Hot off the back of being declared the 2016 Champion Small Brewery at the CBA Awards, Hope Brewhouse also scored a full house at the 2016 Sydney Royal Beer and Cider show, earning a gold, silver and bronze medal.
