Sabro is a new hop variety taking the world by storm and polarising punters from Brisbane to Bolivia. Flavours of coconut, stone fruit, cream, tropical and tangerine are present on the palate. We love the complex and intriguing nature of this hop.

Shortly after a year of production, Ballistic Beer knew it was time to spread the love of beer. Settling in West End, Ballistic Beer opened its first flagship Alehouse & Kitchen. Their Chef, Nick and Bar Manager, Mitch work hard to combine the magic of great food and beer. The decor is inspired by their rustic, industrial brewery beginnings. Finishing with a warm and cosy old pub style, their West End venue features leather, wood, steel and indoor plants.
