Black Brewing Rice Lager

TASTING NOTES

Japanese style lager. Bright gold in colour with a creamy white head. Nose is malty and has a distinctive rice note. The palate is clean and crisp with lemony fruit and a herbal hoppy bite. The decoction step in this recipe gives an authentic German twist to a Japanese style lager. Super clean and refreshing.
