TASTING NOTES

Dip-hopping is a process that involves using 80 degree water to hydrate the hops for 60min prior to being added to the beer, rather than the usual ‘dry-hopping’ which Bridge Road does at around 18 degrees. This imperial IPA pours a luminous copper colour in the glass, giving it some classic West Coast leanings.

BREWERY SNAPSHOT

Conceived by Ben Kraus in his dad’s back shed in 2005, Bridge Road Brewers has grown to become one of Australia’s best craft breweries. In their hometown of Beechworth they are constantly developing new recipes to satisfy the curiosity of themselves and their customers.

DID YOU KNOW?

At Bridge Road Brewers they constantly tweak their beers and develop new recipes to satisfy the curiosity of their customers alike. Bridge Road are not prepared to just pump out a couple of run of the mill ales or have their beer brewed under license by someone else. Prefer to create beer from scratch, using their own production equipment on their own site in their home town of Beechworth, it’s their passion, not a hobby or a chance to make a quick buck.
