TASTING NOTES
A beautifully balanced IPA showing full expression of hops and malt. First impressions are dominated by a lush aroma of Amarillo hops. In the mouth, a smooth and slightly sweet malt character with toffee and caramel undertones is balanced by a firm bitterness of 55 IBU. Straight Amarillo hops give a flavour of orange and pineapple with hints of aniseed, and a lingering bitterness.
