TASTING NOTES

A collab between…usual blurp…. hop varieties available. Back to their first love, Strata was their pick in the first Hazy IPA they brewed for their 3rd birthday in 2020. Strata is dank and full of passionfruit. In this beer you will also get some aromas of paw paw, honeydew melon and a zest of grapefruit. Alongside their usual fluffy body.

In every restaurant kitchen and brewery they’ve worked since arriving in Australia, owners Thomas and Vince have always been called ‘Frenchies’. As two ‘Frenchies’ living in Australia, with an immense love of the Australian lifestyle and its people, they decided to adapt their Parisian bistronomy culture to the Australian taste and terroir.
