A smooth and rich US Style Cream Ale with coffee, this Cold Brew Coffee Ale is brewed with milk sugar for a bit of sweetness, Arabica beans and extra oats for texture. It then had its cold brew extracted to give you those concentrated coffee flavours and minimise its acidity, and was left to settle post fermentation with extended tank conditioning. This is a deliciously fun beer that is as satisfying as an ice cold coffee from your local.
At the helm of Hope Brewhouse is head brewer Matt Hogan, who has been steering production since the breweries inception back in 2014.
