The 1992 Cabernet has lifted mulberry, raspberry and spicy Shiraz fruit aromas laced with toasted coconut and coffee. The rich Shiraz fruit characters are balanced on the palate by new American oak, resulting in a complex flavour with excellent length. This medium-bodied wine will develop extra richness and complexity if cellared carefully.
