Murray’s & DoughHeads Dessert Porter

TASTING NOTES

In collaboration with their favourite donut creators, DoughHeads of Newcastle, Murray’s are taking their chocolate hazelnut favourite donut into the dessert beer world. Based on a robust porter style, this collaboration beer pours very dark brown with a creamy tan head, and features big aromas of chocolate and hazelnut from the get-go. Full flavours of more of the same with a thick, sweet mouth feel to really invoke memories of the classic spread. Yum!

BREWERY SNAPSHOT

Murray and the team have been brewing unique and off-beat naturally crafted beers since 2006 and in the process have won a bunch of awards including Australian Brewer of the Year in 2015. The birthplace of Murray’s Craft Brewing Company was the tiny hamlet of Taylors Arm (population 50) on the NSW North Coast.
