A New World Ale-Lager hybrid. Taking One Drop’s traditional house lager yeast and letting it ferment warm, way up there at ale temperatures, giving a chance for big hop character and aroma to shine bright like a new dawn. Citra®, Amarillo™, and El Dorado are added, with a heavy hand, and given the full HopBurst™ treatment. A true New Age Crispy Boi. Brewed in collaboration with their pals at Hop Products Australia to showcase a new innovation called Spectrum – 100% hop derived, fully dispersible liquid for dry hopping. This Cold IPA champions Spectrum Citra® in all its glory.
