TASTING NOTES
Crafted for the cooler months, this stout presents just like you’d expect – rich and smooth, with a welcome chocolatey hit. Not to mention a sturdy base, which comes courtesy of pale, crystal and roasted malts. International hop varieties lend bitterness and a lick of spice, while brown sugar adds notes of molasses and caramel. It pours coffee black, with a nutbrown collar. Expect aromas of espresso, dried fruit and freshly ground cacao. To drink, it’s full and silky, with mild roasty notes and a sweetness that lingers politely on the palate…cause sometimes only a stout will do.

Adelaide deserves to be famous for more than churches and an iced coffee fetish. Sunshine, great food, better wine and famous festivals; it was the obvious choice for Pirate Life. Adelaide might have funny tasting water, but that doesn’t stop them from making a darn good brew.
