These beauties have all been ageing in Sauce Brewing Company’s barrel-room (a.k.a. the taproom) since last year. The brewery was lucky enough to secure an amazing selection of ex-spirit barrels from Australia and the US, and oh boy have they delivered! They are now ready to drink and, for the first time ever, they’ve canned them! Perfect for enjoying by a warm fire, these beauties can be enjoyed now or cellared. 11%
