TASTING NOTES
Shapeshifter continues their exploration into Norwegian kveik yeast with the Voss strain by Sigmund Gjernes. This kveik ferments at 39C, blasting through the process in double time, adding fruity notes of orange and citrus. This American style pale ale has heavy whirlpool hop additions of Ekuanot, and is dry hopped with Simcoe and Mosaic cryo. This combo brings waves of punchy citrus, juicy pineapple and fresh berries.
