Six String Cold Dip IPA

TASTING NOTES

While Six String’s last Seasonal Release, the Electric Feel series was an exploration of new products (Cry hops), this Cold Dip IPA is an exploration of some of the newer style / brewing techniques have appearing. Combining the two (both a Cold IPA and Dip Hopping), they have put their spin on this. A crisp, light body with all the hop characters of an IPA! Brewed with NZ hops Wakatu & Motueka, they have used DIP hopping to add extra layers of flavour & aroma. Pilsner malt gives a light crisp body making for a clean, refreshing spin on a tropical IPA.

Based in Erina on the beautiful Central Coast, situated between Sydney and Newcastle and proudly the Coast’s first homegrown craft brewery. Six String are 100% locally owned company with a 100% locally made product. Established in 2012 and officially opening their doors in 2013, Six String Brewing Company is all about great beer and great music!
