TASTING NOTES

A combination of British and American IPA styles, this beer has the look of the British style due to dark crystal malts with much of the flavour and aroma of the American style thanks to late additions of aromatic Pacific Northwest Hop varieties.

BREWERY SNAPSHOT

Two Heads Brewing is located in the Crago Mill in Bathurst, NSW, an easy 3-hour drive over the Blue Mountains, west of Sydney. Established in April 2016 by brothers Campbell and Greg Hedley, alongside Head Brewer Ian Carman, they’re extremely proud to be producing a range of high quality, tasty beers in Bathurst.

Two Heads owner Campbell picked up the unfortunate nickname “Walrus” in high school, but what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, so the walrus now proudly adorns the Two Heads logo.
