TASTING NOTES

Made in the American or new world pale ale style, has a good malt base and light to mid range bitterness. Late additions of Motueka hops provide hints of apricot and other stone fruit aromas.

BREWERY SNAPSHOT

Two Heads Brewing is located in the Crago Mill in Bathurst, NSW, an easy 3-hour drive over the Blue Mountains, west of Sydney. Established in April 2016 by brothers Campbell and Greg Hedley, alongside Head Brewer Ian Carman, they’re extremely proud to be producing a range of high quality, tasty beers in Bathurst.

Two Heads owner Campbell picked up the unfortunate nickname “Walrus” in high school, but what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, so the walrus now proudly adorns the Two Heads logo.
