TASTING NOTES
A traditionally brewed Munich Dunkel, or sometimes also referred to as a Bavarian Brown Lager. A rich and complex flavour profile from the complex grain bill, with hints of caramel, nuttiness, raisins and a rich Munich malt backbone reminiscent of bread crusts. A low bitterness and hop profile is used to emphasise the malts. It pours a beautiful deep copper in colour and remains super clean due to the longer conditioning process usually associated with German Lagers.
