TASTING NOTES

Ella and Cascade ensure this beer bursts with resin and pine, whilst displaying layers of stone fruit. Pale Ale, Wheat, and Biscuit malts provide a solid malt backbone, whilst some acidulated malt provides a lovely brightness on the palate that enhances the hop flavours.

Wolf of the Willows is a brewing company established by Scotty and Renae McKinnon in November 2014. They have a passion for producing hand crafted, modern ales that are distinct in quality, flavour and character – what they like to call ‘Ales of Distinction’.

DID YOU KNOW?

Scotty’s love of brewing started young, helping his dad brew homemade ginger beer on his family’s property in rural Victoria. Years later, time spent as a ski bum in Colorado gave Scotty an introduction to the world of American craft brewing. This, he says, was followed by many years of perfecting beer recipes, growing hops on the family farm and of course, plenty of market research.
