Very limited edition S’mores-man brewed for Christmas in collaboration with Wolf Of The Willows good friends at Mork Chocolate and Saint Felix Distillery. They’ve taken their famous S’moresman Pastry Amber Ale and injected it with some Christmas spirit. They use the limited release Mork cacao nibs, brewed with the usual marshmallows, vanilla, then added sweet cherry puree and spiked it with Saint Felix limited edition Cherry & Cacao Husk Brandy. Lactose gives them a little extra sweetness which is topped off by being served on nitro, providing that uber soft and creamy mouthfeel. This limited Christmas ale is sweet but complex, choc full of your favourite Xmas flavours.
Wolf of the Willows is a brewing company established by Scotty and Renae McKinnon in November 2014. They have a passion for producing hand crafted, modern ales that are distinct in quality, flavour and character – what they like to call ‘Ales of Distinction’.

Scotty’s love of brewing started young, helping his dad brew homemade ginger beer on his family’s property in rural Victoria. Years later, time spent as a ski bum in Colorado gave Scotty an introduction to the world of American craft brewing. This, he says, was followed by many years of perfecting beer recipes, growing hops on the family farm and of course, plenty of market research.
