The long awaited “Naughty” sister to the Hard Lemonade is here! Sassy, sophisticated and blissfully refreshing. Rude Ruby is a cheeky blend of fresh grapes and ruby grapefruit from the Riverland region. Fruity and sweet with just a touch of tart.
BREWERY SNAPSHOT
After purchasing a ‘Brewmaster 1000-2E Microbrewery from Australian company Integrated Brewing Solutions in July 2008,the clean up and installation of the old Woolshed began. Woolshed is a zero waste brewery, utilising state of the art designs to use and re-use hot and cold water without the need for excessive heating. Also, with drainage troughs and a holding/settling tank, all waste water from the brewery is used on their extensive garden.
DID YOU KNOW?
Woolshed use all of their spent grain to feed their livestock. With further recent upgrades to their solar power, Woolshed are now in excess of 30kw helping to power the brewery and houseboats.
