To celebrate Star Wars Day, we’ve compiled the Ultimate Star Wars Beer Guide featuring our dark collaboration brew with the Australian Brewery – Revenge of the Pith Imperial Citrus IPA, fresh off the canning line.
This year, we’re also excited to reveal a sequel! Pith Lord Black IIIPA (ABV 10%) is a triple black version of Revenge of the Pith, and there is talk that it could out-do the original. Pith Lord will be available on tap for tasting and growler fills in store this Saturday.

Australian Brewery Revenge of the Pith Imperial Citrus IPA – ABV: 8%
Feel the dark power of this collaborative 8% Imperial Citrus IPA, brewed with Citra, Amarillo and Mosaic hops, with real blood orange and lime added. Piney and resinous thanks to the American hops, this medium bodied brew is full of citrus in Alderaan places.
Hop Nation Jedi Juice – ABV: 7.1%
Hazy, juicy and with a citrusy hop aroma – finishing off with intense flavour and a great mouthfeel. Featuring Riwaka, Nelson, Sauvin, Citra and Mosiac hops – this beer will bring out the Jedi in everyone.
Holgate Millennium Falcon Emperial IPA – ABV: 10%
This Star Wars themed beer is brewed with all pale malt to allow the hops to drive this ship. Holgate loaded kettle and fermenter with an unprecedented quantity of Millennium, Falconers Flight and Galaxy hops, pushing the bitterness to a big chewy 100 IBUs. Engage hopper-drive and may the hops be with you!
Australian Brewery Pith Lord Black IIIPA – ABV: 10%
The sequel serves up powerful hop and black malt additions to the Revenge of the Pith secret recipe. Light roast flavours balance out a full body finish in Alderaan places. Available on the growler station this Saturday.

Batch Mandalorian Mandarin IPA – ABV: 5.8%
Light in colour and dry on the palate, This Mandalorian inspired IPA is generously hopped with Azacca and Amarillo. The addition of fresh mandarin compliment the resinous hop bitterness with a fruity, zesty finish.
