A taste of the good life
The team at Moffat Beach Brewing Co believe everyone deserves a taste of the good life. Launching as a beachside cafe called ‘Blackwater Trading Co’ in 2012, the small business soon grew a reputation for their delicious food and coffee. Inspired by early craft brewers like 4 Pines and Holgate, Matt started brewing at home and commissioned a 300L commercial brew kit in the back of their cafe in 2015. In 2019 our owners decided to double down and open a 20H production brewery and taproom in nearby Caloundra. Since then the craft beer world started to notice as well, with Moffat Beach picking up numerous critically judged Awards.
