Beer with the Brewer — Moffat Beach Brewing Co

1. How was the brewery named?

Our original brewpub has awesome views over Moffat Beach, the brewery is named after our local beach.

2. What beers do you have at home in your fridge now?

I currently have some of our Passenger Pale Ale and Trilogy IPA but I also have some Black Hops East Coast Haze, Balter Handsome Elvis and a few different Range beers.

3. Best tip for visiting the brewery?

If you are looking to try a number of our beers our Production House facility has up to twenty beers on tap and you can sit in the shadow of our brewhouse whilst sipping on one of our award winning beers.

Alternatively you can sit in the beer garden of our brewpub grab a tasty beer, listen to some live music and watch the waves roll in.

So if you want to geek out on beer visit Production House but if you are after a relaxing beer and some beach vibes our Beachside venue is the go.

4. Pineapple on pizza, YES or NO?

The purist in me says no, but the adventurous spirit in me says yes!

5. If you could collaborate with one other brewery, who would you choose?

That’s a tough one, as there are so many great breweries out there that I admire and look up to, and we have already done some fantastic collaborations with some amazing breweries but doing something with the guys at Garage Project would be awesome.

6. Some occasions call for the ‘perfect’ beer, what are you reaching for:

• a beach beer? Moffs Summer Ale
• an airport beer? Trilogy IPA
• the end of the day beer? Deadbeat Easy Drinker
• the ‘best beer with dinner’ beer? Passenger Pale Ale
