This beauty from across the pond in New Zealand is from the brilliant brewery, 8 Wired. Known for doing some amazing hoppy drops and barrel aged sour brews, they made this beer for lovers of hops, sour stuff and darkness!
Malty and hoppy on the nose with a hint of cold brew coffee like aroma and just a touch sourness.. you’ll be able to tell from the start that this is a palate trip! So dark and mysterious, you’ll be taken on a wild ride filled with berries, malt, coffee, red wine, hops… there is so much flavour I am surprised this hasn’t torn a hole in the space time continuum!
A tasteful concoction to please many; hop heads, malt maniacs, sour sippers, wine lovers…and people that are out of this world.
