Dad & Dave’s Pine & Lime Milkshake Sour pours a greenish/dark amber with light fizz and nice carbonation, but never judge a book by its cover, so let’s look past the colour!
On the palate, this brew is an explosion of lime cordial and harks back to a pine lime splice after a long day at the beach, either way, this had our minds swirling -think hills hoist and long summer evenings! A ride you’ll either stay on or fall off— either way with glee! This sour delivers what it states on the tinnie, a can of liquid nostalgia.
Fresh, tart, sour, pine, lime, creamy, tangy, and we enjoyed pondering each sip!

Try Dad & Dave’s Pine & Lime Milkshake Sour With…Buffalo Wings and Blue Cheese Dip!
The Pine & Lime Milkshake Sour has high acidity and light tartness. For those new to sours, try this beer with a tasting platter.
To see how it held up against edamame flavours we tasted this initially with some handy seaweed crackers. However, the Pine & Lime tart notes paired much better alongside fattier and richer meats like prosciutto, salami, and salty cheeses like a good parmesan.
This brew would be smashable paired with spicy buffalo wings and blue cheese dip. A beer to have fun with and throwaway preconceptions. Cheers!
