Imperial Blueberry Tart Sour is all proudly brewed onsite at the picturesque Hope Estate, two hours north of sydney, right in the heart of the Hunter Valley.
To produce the cleanest and freshest beer possible, we use only the purest and simplest ingredients: malted barley, pure water and hops.
Send your taste-buds wild with this new world sour beer. A delightful combination of sour beer and blueberries that is a super refreshing, imperial, next level sour.

BREWERY SNAPSHOT

At the helm of Hope Brewhouse is head brewer Matt Hogan, who has been steering production since the breweries inception back in 2014. Matt brings a winemaker’s approach to brewing, mixing innovation with tradition. His productivity is only matched by his passion, punching out new crafty masterpieces continuously. At any given time, their taps are flowing with about 12 different brews at our Hunter Valley & Nelson Bay venues.

Hot off the back of being declared the 2016 Champion Small Brewery at the CBA Awards, Hope Brewhouse also scored a full house at the 2016 Sydney Royal Beer and Cider show, earning a gold, silver and bronze medal.
