Very dry, refreshing, and with light mineral notes like a stiff Baltic Sea breeze. A quintessential Sour Ale. Lovely nose of dry white wine, a little muscat. Fresh aromas on the palate, wild sourness, tropical citrus aromas with a well balanced sourness. Nice medium finish.
