Blackflag was born on the beers!

2. What beers do you have at home in your fridge now?

Low fills off the canning line! And some experimental beers that I’ve been working on.

3. Best tip for visiting the brewery?

Come on a weekday when production is in full swing. Our taproom overlooks the production floor, so you’ve got a birds eye view of a brewery in full swing.

4. Pineapple on pizza, YES or NO?

Only to keep my kids happy!

5. If you can only use one hop for the rest of your life, what is it?

 Amarillo

8. What’s the future of craft and can Craft Cartel beer lovers get on board?

Craft beer is going through a challenging time right now. We need all beer lovers to support independent breweries as much as possible. In the future I think we’ll continue to see new hop varieties coming out, expanding the spectrum of flavours that can be found in beer, always keeping the consumer interested with new exciting flavours and drinking experiences.
